About : Tabitha Macbeth - Artist based in Richmond upon Thames

About me:

Tabitha Macbeth is a freelance artist and illustrator, who lives and works in the London borough of Richmond upon Thames.

She graduated from Kingston University in 2008 with a BA (Hons) in Illustration and Animation.

Working primarily with chalk pastels and pencils, she aims to convey a strong sense of feeling and atmosphere. She enjoys the process of storytelling as well as the immediacy of drawing from life. Often using surreal elements to communicate a sense of inner life, there is an ethereal and mystical quality to her illustrations.

As well as working on commissions, she sells original drawings, Giclee Art prints and other products featuring her art work, both online and in independent shops. She has participated in numerous Art exhibitions and Art fairs.
