I am an artist who was born and lived most of my life on the Lands End penisular of Cornwall where I drew all my inspiration from my beautiful surroundings, growing up with a love of the flora and fauna that the County supplied but 12 months ago I made a massive move to the other end of Britain to the Cairngorm Park in Scotland with its dramatic landscape and change of inhabitants that live in the forests and on the hills surrounding me, and I think this shows in my work.
I love to work in watercolour, inks and pastels, with the latter being used mainly for my commissioned animal portraits,as well as these mediums I work with felt and materials to produce bird keyrings and brooches from my original designs depicting British Birds.
