About : Christine Walker - Artist based in Brighton, East Sussex

I trained in Textile Design in the 60's and 70's at Birmingham College of Art in Aston. For some years I was a director and designer for Grapevine Graphics greeting card company, based in Brighton. After a spell as Retail manager for Clothkits in Lewes, I taught crafts to adults and ran playschemes for children. I retired in 2010 and became a mosaic artist, exhibiting nationally and teaching. I revised my artistic skills and began to design greetings cards once again, supplying gift shops in Greece (my second home) and Brighton. In the UK I design floral cards, in Greece, local views.
